This is how we create engaging and relevant user experiences

We take a consultative approach to working with our clients during this process. Recommendations can only be generalized until we understand our client’s business model. We use a highly visual process to help communicate progress and ensure that all stakeholders get and stay on the same page. 

You may have heard of Agile or SCRUM for software development. Our development process is on the spectrum leaning towards agile SCRUM versus waterfall. However, it depends on the requirements and the software development maturity level of the client as to how closely we adhere to SCRUM. We are flexible and experienced to create a communication plan that works.

PLANNING

You’ve probably heard this old adage. We believe that great planning upfront is one of the success keys. We take the time to understand the client’s business so we can craft creative and innovative technology agnostic solutions that delight our clients.

 * NOTE: Launching an MVP is just the start. You need a GTM strategy. You need to have a good idea of how to roll it out and create user adoption.

 

ARCHITECTURE

High-level architecture and process flows

In this phase we do a high-level architecture that helps us identify the major process flows and technology that will go into the system. The majority of the time we already know what works. Occasionally we will recommend a Proof of Concept (PoC) to verify the technologies selected is up to the task.

WIREFRAME

Rough visuals of screen flows

This is where the visuals start to come together where a client can really connect and see things starting to come to life. We provide unpolished screens that convey the necessary functions and sometimes even fields so all stakeholders are in sync and the client can approve the wireframes to go to design.

DESIGN

Polished UI/UX designs

Now we are “cooking with gas!” We now have refined, close to pixel perfect User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) screens that clearly, simply, and sometimes beautifully and artistically communicate what will be developed!

While there is always a certain amount of changes that take place, this keeps major, unforeseen changes and huge disconnects to a minimum creating great client satisfaction.

DEVELOPMENT

Time to build it

Typical development projects take anywhere from 3-6 months and sometimes much longer if the scope is a large one.

We usually follow an Agile/SCRUM methodology and will set sprints between 2-4 weeks based on the cadence that we think is best for the project.

We have launched the MVP! Hoorah! Time to celebrate briefly because it is a huge accomplishment.

However, we look at this like a baby being born. This is just the beginning! You have to raise your baby by getting him/her out into the real world and get users using your platform.

We can also assist with refining the Roadmap to implement future features through ongoing development. We offer support plans and resource based plans to give clients options for moving forward.

We have developed strong partnerships in the marketing arena to further assist our clients with creating/executing their Go-To-Market Strategy.
